Why Kenzo AI

Most people do not need more AI hype. They need a better starting point.

Kenzo AI was built for people who are capable, hardworking, and ready to learn — but have been left out of the first wave of AI adoption. We make AI feel useful before it ever feels technical.

Local first

Built for the Philippine context

Our examples, workflows, and teaching use cases are designed around how Filipino educators and businesses actually work — not around generic Silicon Valley assumptions.

Practical

Focused on daily use, not abstract theory

We teach how to create lesson plans, draft school communications, streamline admin work, and reduce repetitive tasks. The measure of success is time saved and better outcomes.

Human

Confidence comes before complexity

We start with what people can do today: clear language, guided steps, and responsible use — so AI feels empowering instead of intimidating.

The Kenzo Method

Frameworks you can keep.

Every Kenzo AI engagement teaches named, repeatable frameworks — so fluency outlives the workshop instead of walking out the door with the trainer.

Prompting

RECIPE

Role · Expectations · Context · Instructions · Parameters · Evaluation

A repeatable recipe for asking AI well — the difference between a vague answer and a usable one.

Responsible use

CARE

Context · Accountability · Rights · Equity

The guardrails we teach alongside every capability, so AI adoption stays worthy of your community’s trust.

Policy to practice

ADOPT

Assess · Draft · Obtain buy-in · Publish & train · Track & review

How schools and teams move from “we should have an AI policy” to a policy people actually follow.

Mindset

HOPE

Harness · Open · Perspire · Empower

The framework behind our founder’s work in social impact — and the spine of his forthcoming book, AI Fluent.

Our curriculum also builds on Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework — the 4Ds of Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence (Dakan & Feller), used under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Learning path

Three phases to fluency.

A clean progression from understanding AI to applying it well — and eventually leading others.

Policy brief for school leaders

Permission with guardrails — not a mandate.

The order opens the door for AI in Philippine schools while drawing clear lines around privacy, academic integrity, and teacher oversight. Our one-page brief translates it into three practical moves your school can make this quarter.

Where people use it

Made for real work.

Kenzo AI is designed around the moments where people lose time, energy, and focus every week.

Teachers

Cut lesson planning time, generate differentiated activities, and create stronger classroom materials with less stress.

School leaders

Improve communication, reduce paperwork, and guide your faculty into responsible AI use with confidence.

Small businesses

Use AI to write faster, organize better, and operate with the support of a small digital team — no technical staff required.

Teacher voices

What educators are saying.

I used to spend my entire Sunday preparing lesson plans. After the AI-Powered Lesson Planning course, I can create a full week of DepEd-aligned plans in under an hour. My students love the creative activities AI helps me design.

About the founder

Access matters more than hype.

Jay Jaboneta is a social entrepreneur, AI strategist, and ecosystem builder based in the Philippines with a presence in Singapore. After helping build education access through the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation — serving over 200 communities across the Philippines — he saw the same pattern in AI: the people who could benefit most were often the last to get practical access.

Kenzo AI is his answer to that gap. Teachers don’t lack capability — they lack practical entry points to AI. Jay’s approach is direct: skip the hype, teach what works, and build confidence through hands-on practice.
